Ken Hekman has more than four decades of experience as a healthcare executive, consultant and coach. He earned an MBA and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE). He is a Life Member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the author and co-author of six books in the medical management field. Beginning in 1999, Ken helped to develop and support a multi-specialty clinic in Romania which became a model of clinical excellence and business integrity for the country. Ken has also served as a faculty member with the International Hospital Federation, training healthcare leaders around the world in management and leadership skills.
